Short answer

What does a student dormitory website include, and what does it cost?

A brochure site with room types, facilities, location and a reservation form starts at ₺30,000 and goes live in about 3 days once the content is ready. A site with several buildings, a page per room type and English pages runs from ₺50,000 and takes 1 week; a panel for free beds and payments starts at ₺150,000.

Families look at the room, students at the walk to campus.

Searches name the neighbourhood and the university, such as 'girls' dorm Bornova' or 'flat near Ege University', right after university placements are announced and from another city. Families look at the room, security and curfew; students look at minutes to campus, internet and a place to study.

A single gallery cannot answer that. Each room type gets its own page with photos, number of beds, what the price includes and the deposit terms, and the walking and transit time to campus is shown on a map.

What the price includes, in one table.

When dorm prices are compared, the real question is what is included: how many meals, laundry, internet, cleaning, bills, the deposit and how it is refunded. We put these in one table per room type. Once the items people ask about one by one on the phone are written down, the families who call ask about availability instead of price.

Collect little student data.

A reservation form needs the student's name, phone number, university and preferred room type; ID and health details are asked for at final registration. The form comes with a privacy notice under KVKK. A recognisable student appears in photos of shared spaces only with their explicit consent.

Student Dorm, Watch for

What to ask before you commission a dormitory site

  • Who updates the term prices?

    Prices change every academic year, and if last year's stays on the site, families arrive expecting it. Make sure you can change room-type prices and term dates from the panel yourself, and that the old term does not linger on the page.

  • Are the photos of the actual rooms?

    Photos taken in a show room or another building end the trust the moment a student opens the door. Each room type should have its own photos; ask whether the shoot is included and how the photos will be prepared to load fast on a phone.

  • Who receives a reservation request?

    During placement week requests arrive at night too. Decide who gets them, how quickly you reply and how the form closes for a full room type; taking requests for a full room only keeps families waiting.

    You see every screen first; code is written only after you approve.

    The domain and accounts are opened in your name; once payment is complete, the code and every login are handed over.

Asked before the proposal

Do we need English pages for international students?

If you take exchange or international students, yes; each language gets its own address. Rules, the deposit and refund terms are written just as clearly in English.

Can the number of free beds show live on the site?

With the occupancy panel, whether a room type is full appears on the site on its own. Without it you mark availability yourself, and the form for a full room type turns into a waiting list.

Where do parents see curfew and security details?

The rules page lists entry and exit times, the visitor rule, security and camera arrangements. It opens in one tap from every room type page.
