Short answer
What does a real estate website include, and what does it cost?
A brochure site with the agency, featured listings and a WhatsApp button starts at ₺30,000 and goes live in about 3 days. A site with a page per listing, sale and rent filters and a panel-managed portfolio runs from ₺50,000 and takes 1 week; a portfolio system with agent and client tracking starts at ₺150,000.
Real Estate, The search
House hunters type the area, the rooms and the budget.
People looking for a home build their search from three facts: '3+1 for rent Ataşehir', '2+1 for sale near the sea Mudanya'. The page that comes up is the one carrying the listing at its own address, as text. Someone searching your agency's name checks first that you are real: address, licence, how long you have worked the area.
Visitors on a listing have short questions: service charge, floor, aspect, parking, mortgage eligibility. Those lines sit under the photos like a table; every missing detail means a phone call or a lost visitor.
Real Estate, From the field
The portfolio is organised by area.
An agent's strength is the streets they know. We open a page for each area: its listings and a short note you write on transport, schools and shops nearby. Someone searching 'rent Ataşehir' lands on the page of the agency that knows the area, not a bare list, and the page stays even after a property sells.
Real Estate, The rules
The licence number on every listing
Türkiye's regulation on real estate trading requires agencies to work with an authorisation certificate and to show its number on their listings. We put the number in the site footer and on every listing page; a property should not go live without the owner's written authorisation. Confirm current terms with your chamber.
