Screens are drawn from that model, and no code is written before you approve them. Your old data is imported from the start, so the new program opens with your own records, not an empty screen.

Antalya AVS Fan's website and admin panel are our work: 52 technical tables and 176 airflow rows are edited row by row in the panel, the product catalogue is printed from it, and the panel resizes uploaded photos itself. In DoldurKabı, the website and the mobile app run on one system, with pet owners and veterinary clinics looking at the same data through separate permissions.

What to ask before you commission custom software

  • Whose name are the code and server in?

    A system whose code lives only with the developer locks up the day you part ways. Have it written into the contract that the domain and server account are opened in your name, and that once payment is complete the code and every login are handed over to you.

  • Can you get your data out?

    Every record should be exportable as a table: clients, quotes, orders, stock. Try an export before handover; if you cannot, it is not just the software but your data that is tied to the developer.

  • Could another team read this code?

    You may part ways with the developer. Ask for code written in a well-known language and documented, with setup explained step by step; another team should be able to get the system running in its first week.

Why custom software instead of an off-the-shelf CRM or ERP?

If an off-the-shelf program covers your work and add-on modules cover the rest, it is the cheaper choice. Custom software makes sense when a step unique to your business strains the program and the team keeps running that step in a spreadsheet.

Can the system run on our own server?

Yes. It is installed on your server or on a cloud account opened in your name. AVS Fan's site and panel run on the company's own server.

How does support work after launch?

Bug fixes after launch are on us for the period written in the proposal. New features are priced separately, either through monthly maintenance or job by job, as you prefer.
