For Property Management

Property Management Company Website

When a board decides to change management companies, the shortlist is built in a week: three or four names, every one of them searched online. A site that shows what you manage, what your service actually covers and how you report the dues keeps you on that list. Forpus builds sites for residential estate and apartment management companies.

Property Management Company Website

What does a property management website include, and what does it cost?

A property management website is your own address for setting out what your service covers, showing the estates you already manage and collecting proposal requests. A typical site Forpus builds carries a request form that asks for unit and block counts, a reference projects page, separate service pages spanning dues collection, staff payroll and technical maintenance, a section on reporting and transparency, a resident login link, team and credential pages, a Google Maps link and a fast, mobile-friendly design. A corporate presentation site runs ₺50,000–85,000 and goes live in one to two weeks. A full site with every service on its own page and a working proposal form runs ₺90,000–150,000 over two to four weeks. Once a resident portal with dues lookup, maintenance requests and an announcement feed plus a mobile app are involved, you are looking at a project starting from ₺220,000. The domain and the site are registered in your company's name.

Qualified proposal requests

A form that asks for unit and block counts tells you the size of the job before you pick up the phone.

Frequently asked questions

Can you add dues lookup and maintenance requests for residents?

Yes. At its simplest, a resident logs in and sees only their own balance and recent payments, and files a maintenance request with a photo. Requests show up in the manager's panel as open, in progress or closed. The real gain is not transparency but the drop in phone traffic: answering the same question for a hundred units one by one is what eats a manager's day.

Does it connect to our existing management software?

Your software has to expose its data. Some of the management platforms used in Turkey have a ready interface for this, some do not. We ask which one you use and confirm it with the vendor up front. If there is no connection, two options remain: transferring the dues data periodically by file, or building the portal from scratch. We tell you which fits based on how many units you manage.

Can we list the estates we manage as references?

Yes, nothing restricts it. We still recommend getting the board's permission before publishing an estate's name or photos — a matter of the relationship rather than the law. Projects without permission go up unnamed but concrete, as in 'a 240-unit residential complex in Ataşehir'; the number usually convinces more than the name does.

Do we need a mobile app?

Not necessarily. Below a few hundred units, a resident portal opened in a phone browser does the same job without app-store overhead. Where an app genuinely changes things is notifications: dues reminders, water outage notices and meeting invitations land on the screen and get read at a rate email cannot match. Above a few thousand units, that alone justifies it.

Can we rank for management searches in our districts?

City-wide the competition is hard; district by district it is far softer. So we build the strategy around the areas you actually work in, with a page for each. We also set up or clean up your Google Business Profile so your office shows on the map — one of the cheapest ways to look established.

Can you refresh our existing site?

Yes. We rebuild while keeping your content and your search-engine history, and redirect the old URLs to the new ones. If you already have a resident login, we settle up front how existing users move to the new system.
