A brochure site covering the school, staff, contact and a pre-registration form starts at ₺30,000 and goes live in about 3 days once the content is ready. A site with a page per level, announcements and events runs from ₺50,000 and takes 1 week; a parent portal with enrolment tracking is a software project from ₺150,000.
Private School, The search
Parents search for a school months before enrolment.
Parents type 'private primary school Ataşehir', 'English-medium middle school' or the school's name, and that same evening open three or four schools side by side. What they compare is predictable: levels and class size, hours of foreign language, bus routes, meals, what a school day looks like.
When those answers are squeezed into one 'about us' text, parents cannot find them and pick up the phone. Each level gets its own page, and the enrolment calendar and open days sit one tap away from the first screen.
Private School, From the field
A short pre-registration form, a long first meeting.
A pre-registration form needs the parent's name and phone number, the child's level and a convenient day to meet. We keep ID numbers, health information and report cards off the form; the school asks for those at final enrolment. A short form gets filled in, a long one gets abandoned and collects child data nobody needed.
Private School, The rules
Children's photos only with parental consent.
Any photo or video in which a pupil can be recognised is personal data; publishing it needs the parent's explicit consent, and a privacy notice under KVKK sits on the site. A pupil without consent is blurred or the frame is left out. Teachers uploading to the event gallery need to know this rule.
