Commission-free bookings
Let guests pick their dates on your own site and sell the same night without paying a portal.
Guests look you up by name before they book: the real state of the rooms, the breakfast, the view and the price. A site that shows your rooms properly and takes a booking with real dates keeps that guest off a commission list. Forpus builds sites for boutique hotels, guesthouses and holiday villas.

A boutique hotel website is your own address for showing the rooms, publishing your seasonal rates and taking bookings without a middleman. A typical property site we build has a separate page per room type, an availability and booking form with check-in and check-out dates, closed-date management that stays in sync with your Booking and Airbnb calendars, a seasonal rate table, a secure payment step for a deposit or the full amount, a gallery of rooms, breakfast and views, a guide to the area, Turkish and English versions, a Google Maps link and a fast, mobile-friendly design. A presentation site covering rooms and house rules starts in the ₺50,000–85,000 band and goes live in one to two weeks. A full site with working date-based booking and online payment sits in the ₺90,000–150,000 band over two to four weeks. Once channel-manager integration, multiple properties or a guest panel are involved, you are looking at a project starting from ₺220,000. Because every portal booking costs you commission, the direct-booking call sits on the first screen. No stock photography goes in the gallery: guests want the room they walk into to match the one they saw.

Show the rooms, the breakfast and the view in real photographs so the decision is made on your page.
Show up on the map and in search for your town, your region and your own property name.
Yes. From a simple form asking for check-in and check-out up to a structure that shows availability by room, closes full days and takes payment online. Most five- or six-room guesthouses do fine with a date and party-size form plus WhatsApp; as the room count and the season pressure grow, on-screen availability starts to pay for itself.
We build it so it does not. For small properties a two-way iCal link with the portals is usually enough; as rooms grow, connecting through a channel manager is safer. An honest warning: iCal sync is not instant, so during peak weeks we suggest holding your last remaining room for the site rather than leaving it open on three channels at once.
Guests often find you on a portal, then type your name into Google and look at your own site — that is where the booking is won. We put something small but concrete behind direct booking: a room you do not list on portals, early check-in, late check-out, a welcome extra or a site-only rate. Saying that plainly on the page works far better than a lone 'best rate guaranteed' line.
Yes. We connect your bank's virtual POS or a provider such as iyzico or PayTR, and you take either the full amount or a deposit at the rate you set. A deposit noticeably reduces no-shows, which is the most irritating cost in this business. Cancellation and refund terms sit right next to the payment step, because that is where most later disputes begin.
Turkish and English as standard. Depending on your guest mix, German, Russian or Arabic can be worth adding; we decide together by looking at where your bookings come from. We do not install auto-translate plugins: a mistranslated cancellation term or breakfast time comes back to you as a guest complaint. Each language is written properly and published at its own address.
Same structure, different setup. With a villa you sell the whole house rather than a room type, so capacity, bed layout, the pool, privacy, pet policy and changeover day matter most, and the rate is usually weekly or seasonal rather than nightly. If you have several villas, each gets its own page, calendar and gallery, inside a list guests can filter by area and capacity.
No writing required — just pick. Your choices become the brief below, and that is exactly what reaches us.
