What does a wedding venue website include, and what does it cost?

A brochure site with spaces, capacity, a gallery and a date-based enquiry form starts at ₺30,000 and goes live in about 3 days once the content is ready. A site with a page per space, packages and planning explained, and a gallery managed from a panel runs from ₺50,000 and takes 1 week.

Couples ask about the date first, then the space.

Searches come in as 'garden wedding Beykoz', 'wedding hall for 300', 'venue for civil ceremony and henna night'. A couple on your site asks in this order: is our date free, how many guests fit, where do we go if it rains, are food and music ours or yours.

If those answers are lost under the gallery, the couple writes a separate message for each or moves to a venue whose site answers them. Capacity is written by seating layout, and the indoor alternative is shown with its own photo.

What to ask before you commission a venue site

  • Whose wedding are the gallery photos from?

    If real wedding photos show the couple's faces, publishing them needs that couple's written permission. Where permission is missing, the space is shown empty and set up. Discuss during the proposal which photos are cleared and who updates the gallery.

  • Does the date check commit you?

    If the site shows a date as free while your book says it is taken, the couple is turned away and tells people about it. Do not show automatic availability without connecting your calendar; asking for the date in the form and confirming it yourself is safer.

  • Do the videos slow the page down?

    A wedding video looks good, but the couple opening your link loads it over mobile data. Have it written into the proposal that videos download only when played and that a single still frame shows on opening.

Asked before the proposal

Should we show package prices on the site?

A starting price cuts down messages that only ask about price and moves the couple straight to asking about dates. If weekdays and weekends differ, both are written, and you update them from the panel.

Do civil ceremonies, henna nights and engagements need separate pages?

Yes. Each comes from a different search and brings different questions. A family looking for a henna night asks about the evening setup and music, not capacity, and a separate page answers that directly.

Can we show the photographers and planners we work with?

Yes. Partners sit in their own section with links to their sites. Couples like finding a team that has worked at the venue, and they decide without writing you a second question.

Can couples book a visit to the venue through the site?

Yes. The form asks for a day and time for the visit and the request lands on your WhatsApp. You confirm it, so two couples do not turn up at the same hour.
