For Wedding Venues

Wedding Venue & Garden Website

A couple makes half the decision on their phone before they ever visit: what the capacity is, how the space looks, whether their date is free. A site that shows your spaces through real wedding photos and takes a date enquiry on the spot gets you onto the shortlist. Forpus builds sites for wedding venues and outdoor wedding gardens.

Wedding Venue & Garden Website

What does a wedding venue website include, and what does it cost?

A wedding venue website is your own address for showing your spaces and capacity, publishing your menus and packages, and taking date enquiries. A typical venue site we build has separate pages for the indoor hall, the garden and the poolside, concept galleries that separate winter from summer weddings, per-head menu and package pages, a site-visit request form with a date and guest count, real wedding stories, a 360-degree tour, practical details from the bridal suite to parking, and a fast mobile-first design. A presentation site covering spaces and packages starts in the ₺50,000–85,000 band and goes live in one to two weeks. A full site with a working date enquiry form and concept galleries sits in the ₺90,000–150,000 band over two to four weeks. Once an availability calendar and a quote panel are involved, you are looking at a project starting from ₺220,000. The season fills a year ahead, so the site is built to collect next season's dates. No stock photography goes in the gallery: a couple wants to picture their own wedding in your space.

Enquiries with real dates

Let couples enter their wedding date and guest count; site visits get booked from the site instead of the phone.

Convinced before they visit

Show the hall, the garden and the evening set-up in real photos so you make the shortlist.

Commission-free leads

Every lead from a wedding marketplace has a price attached; a lead from your own address does not.

Frequently asked questions

Can we show date availability on the site?

Two ways. We publish an open calendar with booked days marked, so couples see the free Saturdays and pointless enquiries stop. Or we keep the calendar private and use a date-picker enquiry form, so requests come to you and you answer them. Either way you close dates yourself from the panel.

Should I publish prices? Won't competitors see them?

Your competitors already know your prices; the couple is the only party who doesn't. We recommend publishing a per-head band, your minimum guest count and whether venue hire is included. You don't have to commit to an exact figure — 'per head starts from this band, varies by season and day' is enough, and it filters out the enquiries that were never going to book.

Do we need separate pages for the garden and the indoor hall?

Not required, but it pays off. Someone searching for an outdoor wedding venue wants the rain plan, the shade and the evening light; someone searching for a banquet hall wants air conditioning, the stage and covered parking. Separate pages let couples find what they came for and let Google show you for both searches.

Can you add a 360-degree tour or drone video?

Yes. A venue tour is one of the highest-performing pieces of content in this sector, especially for couples marrying from another city. We embed the tour and the drone footage, compressed so it never slows down the first screen.

I already advertise on wedding marketplaces. Do I need my own site?

They do different jobs. A marketplace brings ready traffic, but it costs a package fee, lists your competitors beside you and you don't control the page. Your own site catches couples coming from Google and Maps with no commission, talks only about you, and sends the date enquiry straight to you. Keep the marketplace — just give the couples it sends you a real address to land on.

Can I use real wedding photos on the site?

Yes, there are no advertising restrictions in this sector. Two practical points: the photographer usually owns the copyright, and the couple appears in the frame. Get a short written permission from both — photographers are usually happy to agree in exchange for a credit. We then place the approved photos in a permanent gallery tagged by concept and season.
