Renters compare terms, not cars.

Searches come in as 'car rental Sabiha Gökçen', 'car hire without a credit card', 'monthly car rental'. A visitor opens the same class of car at three companies and checks: how big is the deposit, is a credit card required, is there a daily mileage limit, does airport delivery cost extra.

If those terms are hidden on a small-print contract page, the question moves to WhatsApp or the visitor goes to a company that shows it on the card. Writing the terms visibly on every car card answers the question asked most on the phone before it is asked.

What to ask before you commission a rental site

  • Are the car photos from your fleet?

    A glossy photo from the manufacturer's brochure bothers the customer who then sees a different car at the handover. Make the proposal say whether your own car is photographed for each class and how 'or similar' will be worded.

  • Is the price shown per day or in total?

    A site that shows a daily price and adds insurance, an extra driver and the airport fee later looks like a surprise charge on a phone. Ask whether what is included and the extra fees are written in the same place on the card.

  • Who gets a request at night?

    Passengers on a late flight book their car at night. Decide up front which channel the request lands in, who receives it and how out-of-hours replies work; whoever sent a request read in the morning has already rented elsewhere.

Asked before the proposal

Do I need to leave the comparison sites?

No. Comparison sites bring customers who have never heard of you. Your own site takes requests without a middleman from customers who rent again or search for your company by name.

Do long-term and corporate rentals need a separate page?

Yes. Monthly and corporate renters ask about maintenance, tyres and replacement cars more than the deposit. A separate page answers those questions and carries its own quote form asking for company name, number of cars and duration.

Can my booking software connect to the site?

If your software has a booking link or an embed code, the button on the site opens it and availability is managed in one place. If not, the site asks for dates and the delivery point and forwards the request to you for confirmation.
