For Cleaning Companies

Cleaning Company Website

Someone looking for a cleaner calls three companies and asks the same three questions: how many people come, how long does it take, what does it cost. Answer those on your site and let them request a quote right there, and that customer stays with you. Forpus builds sites for home, office and post-construction cleaning companies.

Cleaning Company Website

What does a cleaning company website include, and what does it cost?

A cleaning company website is your own address for explaining your services and the districts you cover, and for collecting quote requests instead of repeating the same phone call. A typical site we build has separate pages for home, office and post-construction cleaning, a quote form driven by service type and square metres, service-area pages for the districts you actually work in, a terms section stating whether staff are insured and who supplies the materials, a before-and-after gallery, customer reviews, a recurring-cleaning section, WhatsApp and a fast, mobile-first design. A presentation site covering services and areas starts in the ₺50,000–85,000 band and goes live in one to two weeks. A full site with a working quote form and district pages sits in the ₺90,000–150,000 band over two to four weeks. Once a booking calendar, crew assignment and online payment are involved, you are looking at a project starting from ₺220,000. The gallery uses your own team and your own work, never stock photography.

Quotes without the phone call

Let customers enter the service type and the size themselves instead of asking you the same question by phone.

Frequently asked questions

Can you build a quote form based on square metres?

Yes, and it is the part that pays for itself here. The form asks for service type, square metres or room count, district and preferred date, then either shows a price band or drops the request straight into your WhatsApp. Either works. Showing a figure on screen lifts conversion, but if your work needs a site visit first — post-construction cleaning, for example — it is better to show an estimate band and quote firmly after the visit.

Do I need a separate page for each district?

This work is local and so are the searches, so a single page rarely covers them all. We build a real page for each district you serve: the neighbourhoods you reach, photos from jobs there, reviews from those customers. One honest warning: copying the same text thirty times with the district name swapped does not work and can backfire. We keep these pages to the areas you genuinely cover and give each one its own content.

Can I publish before-and-after photos and reviews?

Yes, both are entirely free of restriction in this sector. You can publish reviews, announce campaigns and list prices. Before-and-after is the most persuasive section you have, especially for post-construction cleaning and upholstery work. If a customer's home is recognisable in the shot, we suggest asking them first — not a legal requirement, just good practice.

Can corporate work sit on the same site?

It can, but the two must not be mixed. A household customer wants a price and a date; a building manager or procurement officer wants headcount, insurance, contracts, safety documentation and references. We build the corporate side as its own section with a reference list, documents and a separate 'request a corporate quote' form. Sites that address both audiences in one voice tend to lose both.

Can I appear on Google Maps without showing my address?

Yes. Cleaning companies qualify as a service-area business, so you can hide the office address and define the districts you serve instead. If you run the business from home, that is the correct setup. We create or clean up your Business Profile, set the categories and service areas and connect it to the site. The profile stays in your ownership; the verification step is yours to complete.

Do I need a mobile app?

Most cleaning companies do not; a site plus WhatsApp is enough. An app starts to make sense once the work becomes regular and repeating — when a customer would rather pick a date and pay in the app than ask for a price again. That is exactly what we built for Temizlik Express: the whole flow from service request to payment, shipped on iOS, Android and AppGallery. If your volume is not there yet, the honest answer is 'not yet'.
