What does a pet hotel website include, and what does it cost?

A brochure site with rooms, what the price includes, admission rules and WhatsApp booking starts at ₺30,000 and goes live in about 3 days once the content is ready. Trust first, dates second.

People look for a pet hotel shortly before a holiday or a work trip and decide within a short window: 'cat hotel Kadıköy', 'dog boarding over the holiday'. On the site they look past the price to the room itself, the garden, how animals are kept apart and who stays on site at night.

A site that states its admission rules plainly (vaccination record, parasite treatment, neutering status) filters out requests that do not fit before they reach your phone.

The vaccination rule lives inside the form.

Listing admission rules only in the FAQ means turning away an unvaccinated animal at the door. We add fields to the booking form for the combination and rabies vaccination dates and the last parasite treatment; if something is missing, the request reaches you with a note and the owner is told what to do before arriving.

What to ask before you commission a pet hotel site

  • Do full dates close on the site?

    When the holiday and summer periods fill up, a site that keeps taking requests for those dates leaves you replying 'no room' one by one. Check during the proposal that a date you close in the panel can no longer be picked in the booking form.

  • Do the photos show the real rooms?

    An owner leaving a pet wants to see the actual kennel, bed and garden; a stock photo of a dog does not answer that. Get it in writing whether a photo shoot is included and whether the photos will be sized to load fast on a phone.

  • How are owners kept informed during the stay?

    During a stay the owner's question is always the same: has it eaten, has it slept? If every answer goes out on WhatsApp one by one, your staff spend the day messaging. In the panel package a daily photo note goes out from one screen; on a brochure site the channel is agreed up front.

Asked before the proposal

Should cats and dogs be shown separately?

Yes. Cat owners ask about barking, dog owners ask about the garden. Each species gets its own page with its rooms, daily routine and price.

We offer pick-up. How does that appear on the site?

The districts you cover and how pick-up is charged are listed in their own section. The 'I need pick-up' option in the booking form opens an address field, so the request reaches you with the address.

We also do daycare and training. Should they be on the same site?

On the same site, on separate pages: boarding, daycare and training are decided for different reasons. Each page has its own form and price information, and all of them are managed from one panel.
