For Care Homes

Nursing Home & Care Centre Website

The decision is usually made by an adult child in another city, late at night, under pressure. A site that shows the rooms, the care team and how a day actually runs — and lets a family book a visit — turns that decision your way. Forpus builds sites for nursing homes and private care centres.

Nursing Home & Care Centre Website

What does a nursing home website include, and what does it cost?

A nursing home or private care centre website is your own address for showing room types, introducing the care team and letting a family book a visit before they decide. A typical site Forpus builds carries a page for each level of care, real photographs of the rooms and shared areas, profiles of the doctor, nurses and care staff, a sample daily programme, a visit request form, a page listing admission conditions and the documents required, licence and responsible-manager details, a KVKK-compliant contact form and a fast, mobile-first design. A site that introduces the facility runs ₺50,000–85,000 and goes live in one to two weeks. A full site with a page per care type and a working visit request runs ₺90,000–150,000 over two to four weeks. Once a family information panel and a mobile app are involved, you are looking at a project starting from ₺220,000. Resident photographs are never published without written consent, and the copy stays within information rather than promotion.

Frequently asked questions

What does a nursing home website cost?

A presentation site covering room types, the team and admission conditions starts in the ₺50,000–85,000 band. A full site with a page per level of care and a working visit request sits in the ₺90,000–150,000 band. Once a family information panel and a mobile app are involved, you are looking at a project starting from ₺220,000.

Are there rules on what we may say about ourselves?

Yes. Private care homes in Türkiye operate under a licence from the Ministry of Family and Social Services, and their promotion must be accurate and must not promise beyond the licensed capacity and scope. If a doctor, nurses or physiotherapy are part of your service, the health-sector promotion rules apply on top: promises of treatment or recovery, claims of superiority over others, resident or patient accounts used as testimony, and discount or campaign announcements all create exposure. What remains open is wide and is what families actually ask about: room types, levels of care, staffing, the daily programme, meals, visiting hours, admission conditions, licence and responsible-manager details. The sanction lands on the facility and its responsible manager, not on the agency, so we build within that frame and flag anything borderline.

Can we publish photographs of our residents?

Only with written explicit consent. A resident photograph is personal data, and where it implies a health condition it counts as special-category data. Where a resident cannot give consent, their legal representative's approval is required, and that is not always a sufficient answer. In practice the calmer route is to photograph the rooms, the shared areas, the dining hall, the garden and the physiotherapy room while empty. Families want to see the place.

Should we publish our fees?

Most facilities do not, and for a fair reason: the fee changes with the level of care, the room type and whether one-to-one support is needed, so a single figure misleads. Leaving the page empty loses families, though. The middle path we suggest is to write what the fee covers — accommodation, meals, care staff, cleaning, laundry, routine health monitoring — and what is billed separately, such as incontinence supplies, medication and hospital transfers.

Can you build a family information panel?

Yes. We create a private link for each resident; you enter sleep, appetite, weight, medication times, activities and doctor visits from the panel, and the family opens the link. It gives a relative living far away exactly what they need and cuts the repeat phone calls. Because the area carries health data, we set up access rights, retention and audit logging in line with KVKK, and you decide which family sees what.

Can you refresh our existing site?

Yes. We rebuild while keeping your content and your search-engine history, and redirect the old URLs to the new ones. During the rebuild we also review resident images and the consent behind them — that is where we most often find a problem on older sites.
